Last updated: July 2026

By creating an account or using M9.GG you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update them; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.

Section 01

The service

M9 is an intermediary marketplace for digital game goods (accounts, items, keys, and related products).

  • We connect buyers and sellers; M9 is not the seller of third-party listings unless expressly stated.
  • Credential delivery follows listing type (instant or manual).
  • Payments, wallet, payouts, and disputes follow platform operating and risk rules.

Section 02

Account and eligibility

You are responsible for account security and data accuracy.

  • You must have legal capacity to contract in your country and meet applicable age requirements.
  • Do not share passwords or tokens; enable 2FA when available.
  • Do not keep parallel accounts to evade bans, limits, or KYC.

Section 03

Buying and selling

Listings must be legitimate; purchases are subject to dispute and refund policy.

  • Sellers warrant the right to commercialize the digital good listed.
  • Illegal content, fraud, phishing, malware, or publisher ToS violations are prohibited.
  • Buyers should review the listing and change passwords when applicable.
  • Platform fees, protection windows, and balance reserves follow the financial policy at order time.

Section 04

Payments, wallet, and payouts

Amounts are handled in integer cents; payouts may require verification.

  • Available payment methods depend on platform configuration and country.
  • Wallet balance and post-protection releases are not investment returns.
  • M9 may hold, reverse, or block funds for disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or legal orders.

Section 05

Prohibited conduct

Abuse and fraud lead to sanctions, including bans.

  • Misleading listings, improper chargebacks after delivery, money laundering, or KYC/AML evasion.
  • Harassment, spam, abusive scraping, or bug exploitation.
  • Reselling user data or leaking third-party credentials.

Section 06

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is within applicable legal limits.

  • M9 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or seller business results.
  • In buyer–seller disputes, M9 mediation seeks a fair outcome based on evidence.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, M9 liability is limited to fees charged on the transaction at issue.

Section 07

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

  • The current version is the one published on this page with the update date above.
  • For legal or privacy questions, use platform support or the channel in the Privacy Policy.
